Our stay was great we back in March and June next year.

Value for money friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean tidy all you want is close by. This is our 3rd time here.

Be nice to have someone at reception understand English hard to get message across when they don't understand English language.

Cheap.

Thought we were getting a 3 star hotel. It is not that kind of place. The rooms are vey basic and the area is not really for tourists. Maybe we should have had a closer look at what was on offer in the area and at the establishment.

The whole place felt a little seedy. It's a bit out of the way and the staff are friendly enough but not of the higher trained level you get at a good hotel.

This is hotel is awesome

The place loacation was nice which was near to my hospital and also adjacent of city centre. The stuffs are very fraindly and helpful

Only problematic issue is the stuffs are lack of understanding of English

Really value for money and good and professional staff, comfortable and Clean rooms

Really value for money, staff was very friendly they even ordered for KFC and called up my room to collect the same . Clean and comfortable rooms, only drawback was booked for one superior and one standard room but the same was in two separate buildings hence had to cancel the superior room and take an adjacent standard room.Otherwise good location lot of shops , eateries and pharmacy nearby.

When they took booking it was not informed about the superior and standard rooms were in two buildings.

Good value if you don't go to the city.

The room size is fairly big, furnishings are new. The Thai food restaurant near the hotel(on the way to main road on the left) is fairly priced and nice food with a helpful English speaking person in charge.

Very far from city centre. Paid GRAB 192 baht from MBK, no train or boat near hotel. A bus from Mo Chit bus terminal to the hotel area took me over 3 hours during peak hours as it got caught in the jam from Chatuchat to Union Mall for nearly 2 hours. Only one small bottle of water is provided although I booked a room for 2 people. Bathroom light is too dim. Key deposit 300 baht. No cafe, it's away from the hotel.

Good Hotel in Bangkapi

Rooms are large and the bed comfortable. Basic furniture and doubtful plumbing but very good value for money. The Mall and Makro not far away and very near Vejthani Hospital. Some restaurants nearby.

Sadly this hotel is located in one of the worst areas in Bangkok for traffic. Getting in or out of Bangkapi can be a lengthy process. Highly recommend the canal boat as a fast way to get to the city - only 19 baht. No restaurant in the hotel and breakfast is available at a sister hotel down the road. Breakfast can also be served in your room.

Front office action was not good as per the hotel policy we have to show them the passport and my passport was with my Lawyer for my work permit and showed the residence card of Japan and last of all it was ok.Hotel should think about it.

This is a decent hotel

The staff were so nice. I was to check in between 12:00 and 10:00 but because my flight was delayed by up to 5 hours, I called them from the Bangkok airport to notify them. They were willing to keep my reservation which was really something I loved. I arrived at the premises at 4:00 Am in the morning and the ladies served me with a smile. There was a gentleman who was very good too. This hotel is cheaper compared to most hotels in Bangkok. My friend pay 200€ for staying from 22nd to 26th that was way expensive. There is a 7/11 supermarket right near this residence and you could just in seconds have what you want. The supermarket is open 24/7. I also liked the street foods around the hotel and this residence is only about 700m from the main road where most buses pass. There is also a canal for those that like riding the boat. I did it for 30 mins and was just 19Tbt and that’s less than $1 The rooms are very clean and the bed is super cool. There are two tables and working chairs as well as a tv. The room phone seemed not to be working though but I didn’t need it anyway.

The internet was super cool but I didn’t like the part of getting tokens everyday to login. I sometimes felt tired and couldn’t come downstairs to have a new code. The codes are valid for just 24 hours. This might be a bit of an inconvenience for big internet users like myself. But you can also have unlimited mobile data for only 29 THbt per day. Also, be sure to pay 300 bhat more as a room deposit. This money is given back to you at check out. The bathroom and toilet are just together and no partition was made. While showering, water pours over the toilet. This means you might need to dry it ASAP if you needed to use it after a shower. About checking out, the time In bookings.com isn’t the right one. The hotel asks you to check out not later than 12:00 and am sure this is the standard time in most hotels. They need to make clarifications on the booking site as it reads you could check out up to 2:00

The first time i checked into the hotel I had no passport but I sent them a picture and there was no problem.. but the second time I checked in to the hotel.. they said it was not possible..why?... After so much of argument things changed..
